Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Lead to manage our lead qualification, requirement analysis, proposal coordination, and sales support process. The candidate will act as a bridge between marketing, sales, and execution teams to ensure high-quality closures and smooth onboarding of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire pre-sales process from lead qualification to deal handover.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess their business needs, budget, and decision readiness.
  • Conduct discovery calls and requirement analysis meetings with prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and estimates in coordination with internal teams.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals with strategic inputs, case studies, and solutions.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track all leads, follow-ups, and deal stages.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign-wise lead quality feedback.
  • Create standard proposal templates, pricing frameworks, and pitch documents.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution team with proper documentation.
  • Track conversion ratios and continuously optimize the pre-sales funnel.
  • Train and manage junior pre-sales or sales coordinators (if applicable).

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent requirement gathering and problem-solving ability
  • Good understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and client acquisition process
  • Ability to convert business needs into structured solutions and proposals
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with CXOs, founders, and decision makers
  • Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills
  • Preferred BackgroundExperience in Marketing Agency, IT Services, SaaS, Media, Consulting, or B2B Services
  • Prior experience in pre-sales, business development, or solution consulting
  • Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
