Job Description

Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)


Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Digital Marketing / IT Sales Background Preferred)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking
  • Identify potential clients and understand their business needs
  • Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual/offline)
  • Prepare proposals and close deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal marketing team for project execution
  • Achieve monthly sales targets


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & convincing skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services
  • Confidence in client interaction and presentations
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Qualification:

  • Graduate (Marketing / Business preferred)
  • Prior experience in digital marketing sales is an advantage
