Job Description
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall printing & packaging production operations
- Ensure quality standards are maintained as per company requirements
- Handle machine operations (offset / flexo / digital printing – as applicable)
- Plan and monitor production schedules & deadlines
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams
- Implement cost control & waste reduction strategies
- Maintain safety standards and compliance in plant
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and manage production team & workers
- ✅ Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in printing press
- Printing machines નો hands-on experience
- Team handling skill હોવી જોઈએ
- Responsible & problem-solving mindset
