Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Order Processing & Planning
- Coordinate with sales team for order confirmation and project details.
- Prepare production schedules as per project timelines.
- Ensure drawings and approvals are received before production starts.
- Production Coordination
- Monitor daily production activities.
- Follow up with factory team for timely completion.
- Ensure materials are available as per production plan.
- Inter-Department Coordination
- Act as a link between Sales, Design, Purchase, Accounts, and Production departments.
- Track project progress and update management regularly.
- Quality & Documentation
- Ensure production follows approved designs and specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation of work orders, BOQ, and process flow.
- Dispatch & Installation Support
- Coordinate dispatch schedule with logistics.
- Ensure installation team receives correct material and drawings.
- Track project closure and client feedback.
- Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in workflow.
- Suggest improvements for better efficiency and cost control.
- Required Skills:Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of BOQ and technical drawings
- Good Excel and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
