About the Role

You'll be the backbone of our production flow — preparing materials, handling finishing work, and supporting the skilled makers so they can focus on complex tasks. Perfect for someone eager to grow their skills in sustainable fashion production.

Required Skills :-

✓ Basic to intermediate sewing ability

✓ Fabric and pattern cutting accuracy

✓ Garment finishing techniques

✓ Overlock/serger machine operation

✓ Organized, fast, and detail-oriented

✓ Basic pressing and presentation

Key Responsibilities :-

• Prepare garments and materials for production

• Accurate fabric and pattern cutting

• Seam finishing, overlocking, and edge work

• Pressing and final presentation of garments

• Assist on simpler sewing tasks (patchwork, trimming, labels)

• Keep workflow organized and materials ready

• Help scale designs into multiple pieces

Ideal Candidate

Someone with tailoring training or 1-2 years experience.

Eager to learn upcycling and sustainable fashion. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Good at following instructions precisely. Interest in growing into skilled maker role.
