Production Cum Packing Staff

We are a food manufacturing company looking for dedicated staff for our daily production and packaging unit. The role involves handling raw materials, operating food processing machinery, and ensuring high-quality packaging of our fresh products.

Key Responsibilities:

Raw Material Handling: Cleaning, sorting, and preparing raw ingredients for processing.

Machine Operation: Operating grinders and mixing equipment to maintain product consistency.

Packaging: Filling, weighing, and sealing product pouches/containers accurately.

Quality & Hygiene: Ensuring the production area meets all food safety and cleanliness standards.

Inventory: Organizing stock and assisting in the loading/unloading of finished good

Hygiene: Must follow strict personal grooming

Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks and stand for the duration of the shift.

Punctuality: Must be reliable and strictly follow shift timings.
