Production Engineer

Job Title: Jr. Production Engineer

Location: Bakrol, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the assembly and production
• Monitor production schedules, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards.
• Supervise machine assembly, wiring, integration, and testing processes.
• Coordinate with design, R&D, and quality teams to resolve technical/production issues.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and minimal downtime.
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities, BOM usage, and quality checks.
• Support installation, commissioning, and servicing of machines when required.
• Plan and co-ordinate with Laser, Bending and Fabrication team on the production floor.
• Co-ordinate with Vendors and maintain production flow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in machinery/automation/equipment manufacturing.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding, and machine assembly.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Familiarity with Mechanical systems, sensors, motors, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
