Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to meet production targets.
- Monitor the production process and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure that products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Supervise and guide the production team and shop floor staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks promptly.
