Production Line Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Filling Operations: Operate PLC Based filling machines to ensure the correct amount of product is dispensed into containers.
• Capping Operations: Manage capping machines to ensure products are securely sealed.
• Labeling Operations: Operate labeling machines to apply accurate and clean labels to all products.
• Box Packing: Pack labeled products into boxes as per the packing instructions and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet the required specifications.
• Production Planning: Follow the production schedule and adjust operations as needed to meet deadlines.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on production equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Reporting: Record production data and report any issues or deviations from the production plan to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate, High school diploma, ITI Certification is must.
• Experience: Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in home care or similar industry.
