Production Manager

Production Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and manage trouser production as per order requirements and delivery timelines.

• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

Quality & Process Control

• Maintain quality standards at every stage of trouser production, from cutting to finishing.

• Ensure adherence to buyer specifications, measurements, and fabric standards.

Team & Floor Management

• Supervise line supervisors, tailors, and production staff.

• Monitor daily production output and resolve floor-level issues promptly.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and quality teams for smooth order execution.

• Track production progress and submit regular production reports to management.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
