Production Officer

Batch Execution & Supervision: Supervise dispensing, manufacturing, and packing activities of oral liquids, syrups, drops, and nano shots. Ensure accurate batch records, routine sign-offs, and adherence to GMP.

Formulation & Trials: Prepare and verify raw material requisitions, master formula records, and conduct trial batches for new products. Must have strong knowledge of APIs, excipients, their chemistry, functions, and specifications.

Documentation & Compliance: Execute and review all production-related documents (BMR, packing records, in-process controls, balance verification, temperature/humidity logs, equipment utilization). Revise and implement SOPs as required.

Quality & Issue Resolution: Monitor product output at defined intervals, rectify deviations/hurdles promptly, and ensure IPQA presence during line clearance and in-process checks.

Calibration & Maintenance: Coordinate with agencies for equipment calibration and with engineering for preventive maintenance of production machinery.

Training & Team Handling: Provide training to operators, supervise their activities, and participate in training programs for shop floor personnel and contractors. Ensure continuous skill enhancement as per production needs.

Coordination & Support: Ensure smooth synchronization of production processes with QA, maintenance, and other departments to achieve quality and timely output.
