Production Supervisor

Production Scheduling & Workflow Management: Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules for machinery assembly, welding, and painting to meet customer deadlines.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff. Assign daily tasks, manage shift attendance, and conduct performance evaluations.

Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all machinery components and assembled products adhere to technical specifications, blueprints, and ISO standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.

Safety & Compliance Management: Enforce strict health and safety protocols on the shop floor, ensuring the safe use of equipment, proper PPE usage, and maintaining a clean (6S) work environment.

Continuous Improvement (Lean): Identify production bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 6S, Poka-Yoke) to reduce waste, downtime, and scrap.

Machinery & Maintenance: Ensure production equipment and machinery are functioning properly, minimizing downtime.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily production records, including labor hours, inventory usage, and output metrics. Prepare reports for senior management.

Troubleshooting: Address and resolve operational, technical, and personnel issues quickly
