Key Responsibilities
•    Design and implement leadership development programs across levels
•    Customize global leadership frameworks for organizational needs
•    Facilitate leadership workshops and learning journeys
•    Partner with HRBPs and global L&D teams
•    Support succession planning and HiPo initiatives
•    Measure impact and continuously improve programs
