Program Administator - L&D
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor structured L&D programs to build desired competencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for developmental milestones, assessments, and mentoring engagements.
- Coordinate learning activities and gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance leadership development outcomes.
- Capture, organize, and share learning assessment data to support competency development.
- Curate and maintain relevant learning content and pathways to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
- Drive adoption and tracking of learning paths through LXP to support career readiness.
- Facilitate effective mentorship experiences between CXO-level mentors and L&D participants, ensuring engagement and feedback loops.
- Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure audit-readiness and data accuracy across all program documentation and dashboards.
- Analyze learning data and generate actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and learner engagement.
- Provide timely data inputs for leadership reviews and presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR management or related discipline preferred
4+ years of HR experience in talent development, mentoring, and employee engagement within a structured program environment.
