Program Administator - L&D

Responsibilities

  • Program Design & Execution
    • Plan, design, and implement structured L&D programs focused on leadership development.
    • Execute and monitor program delivery to ensure alignment with organizational goals and competency frameworks.
  • Learning Data & Insights
    • Capture, organize, and share learning assessment data to track progress and support competency development.
    • Analyze learning data to generate actionable insights that improve program effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Mentorship Facilitation
    • Facilitate impactful mentorship experiences between CXO-level mentors and program participants.
    • Ensure engagement, structured feedback loops, and measurable outcomes from mentorship initiatives.
  • Engagement & Feedback
    • Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives to enhance learner participation.
    • Develop and manage feedback mechanisms to continuously refine program delivery.
 

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Essential
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferred
    • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Education.
    • Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Coaching, or Leadership Development (e.g., CPLP, SHRM, ATD, ICF).
