Program Administator - L&D

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor structured L&D programs to build desired competencies. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for developmental milestones, assessments, and mentoring engagements. 
  • Coordinate learning activities and gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance leadership development outcomes. 
  • Capture, organize, and share learning assessment data to support competency development.
  • Curate and maintain relevant learning content and pathways to ensure quality and alignment with business needs. 
  • Drive adoption and tracking of learning paths through LXP to support career readiness. 
  • Facilitate effective mentorship experiences between CXO-level mentors and L&D participants, ensuring engagement and feedback loops. 
  • Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms. 
  • Ensure audit-readiness and data accuracy across all program documentation and dashboards. 
  • Analyze learning data and generate actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and learner engagement. 
  • Provide timely data inputs for leadership reviews and presentations. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR management or related discipline preferred

4+ years of HR experience in talent development, mentoring, and employee engagement within a structured program environment.
