Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your day will involve ensuring successful project delivery and monitoring service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead project planning, execution, and closure activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
