Project Accountant

Ahmedabad Location Only

Position: Project Accountant (1.5+ Years Experiance)

>> Responsibilities:

Project Costing & Purchase Order Management

Supplier Invoice Posting & Ledger Maintenance

Credit Control & Sales Ledger Management

Project Progress Reporting & Work Tracker Maintenance

Preparation of Client Applications & Sales Invoices

Timesheet Review & Project Expense Analysis

Reconciliation of Bank Receipts & Accounting Data

Support in Monthly Management Accounts

>> Preferred Skills:

Strong attention to detail in Project Costing & Financial Reporting

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good communication skills for client and internal coordination

Proficiency in Excel and Accounting Software (Xero preferred)

Organized, proactive, and process-oriented mindset

>> Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in Project Accounting / Finance

Experience in Credit Control, Invoicing, and Project Costing preferred

Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is an advantage
