Project Coordinator

Coordinate and monitor project implementation activities from initiation to completion.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.

Support site teams with material dispatch, vendor coordination, and installation tracking.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Track daily/weekly progress and update reports (Excel, MIS, or project management tools).

Follow up for site readiness, resource availability, and permissions.

Support billing, documentation, and closure reports for completed projects.

Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards at all sites.

Assist the Project Manager in risk management and problem resolution.
