About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Property Executive – Field Operations who will oversee the condition, maintenance, and guest-readiness of properties listed under Stayfinder. This is a field-based role that requires ownership, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Regular site visits to inspect and ensure properties are clean, functional, and guest-ready.

Coordinate with photographers for timely shoots of new and existing properties.

Manage minor and major repair works by coordinating with local vendors and technicians.

Ensure all utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) are functional.

Maintain an inventory of furniture, appliances, linen, etc., and report missing/damaged items.

Onboard new properties – check readiness, arrange basic setup, get it listed.

Act as a liaison between Stayfinder and property owners for day-to-day updates.

Handle any emergency maintenance issues or guest complaints on-site when required.

Ensure branding material (if any) is properly placed and maintained at all properties.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations, maintenance, or property management (preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Tech-savvy – able to coordinate over WhatsApp, calls, and basic tools/apps.

Fluent in local language and basic English/Hindi.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (must).

Flexible to travel within the city and sometimes outside Ahmedabad also
