Job Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for mechanical parts, raw materials, and services
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement
• Coordinate with production, quality, and stores departments
• Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation
• Handle vendor development and performance evaluation

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of mechanical components and materials
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Basic knowledge of ERP / Excel / purchase systems
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
