Job Description
- Technical Procurement: Interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and purchase requisitions to ensure the correct technical items are sourced.
- Procurement Planning : To Plan and procure material based on Sales Order Plan
- Negotiation & Contracting: Leading negotiations for technical specifications, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Order Fulfillment: Placing Purchase Orders (POs) and following up (expediting) to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborating with quality teams to approve vendors and inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet technical standards.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate procurement records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
