Cross checking the payment done and pending from master sheet (Google sheet)
-Test Certificate
Following up with vendors for timely test certification
Coordinating with admin Ops and sales department in case of any query
Cross checking the TCs received and checking accuracy for the same
-Material follow up
1st call from purchase department after placing order to know if PO has been received and when the material will be ready
Inform Dispatch Manager in proper format regarding which all materials are ready and hand over the same
To be link between vendor and dispatch in case of any query regarding purchase order
-Purchase Invoice Entry - Tally 
Daily enter the Purchase invoice received from vendors after cross checking the rate, quantity, payment term, Billing company & material
In case of any query, please raise the issue to reporting manager immediately
Following up with vendors for pending purchase invoice from vendors 
-Expense sheet
Maintaining the expense sheet and checking the authenticity
Working on improving ways to reduce variable expenses
Expense entry in tally
