Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Procurement Management: Source and procure electrical materials, tools, and equipment in line with project requirements and budgets.
- Vendor Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the project and warehouse teams to avoid shortages or excesses.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all purchase documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
- Cost Optimization: Regularly assess procurement strategies to minimize costs without compromising quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with project timelines and budgets.
