Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Create and process purchase orders (PO) accurately and on time.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best cost advantage.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, warehouse, etc.) to understand material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Track and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve any discrepancies related to material quality, quantity, or billing.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new suppliers and updated price trends.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships for reliable supply and better negotiation outcomes.
• Prepare purchase reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance evaluations.
