Purchase Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Procure civil construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand, bricks, and finishing materials
• Collect quotations from vendors, prepare comparative statements, and assist in finalizing suppliers
• Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved rates and requirements
• Coordinate with site engineers and stores for material requirements and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of materials at site as per project timelines
• Verify material quality and quantity in coordination with the site/store team
• Maintain purchase-related documents including POs, GRNs, invoices, and vendor records
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency
• Track pending orders and follow up with vendors for timely supply
• Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures
