Key Responsibilities:

MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities:

 Maintain and update MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and financial transactions.

 Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

 Analyze data to provide insights that support business decisions.

 Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics.

 Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Billing & Invoicing Responsibilities:

 Prepare and issue invoices to clients as per company policies.

 Verify and process payments, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation.

 Maintain records of all billing transactions in the system.

 Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting and billing (preferably in the pharmaceutical

sector).

 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting Charts,

Formulas, etc.).

 Knowledge of billing software & accounting tools, etc.) .

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
