Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive purchase executive to manage procurement activities for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at competitive prices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue and manage purchase orders based on production and inventory needs.
• Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any procurement-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Stay updated with market trends and new suppliers in the manufacturing industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement within a manufacturing setup.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
