Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify purchasing needs and prepare purchase orders.

Research and evaluate suppliers and vendors.

Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Coordinate with warehouse and finance departments.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials when necessary.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
