Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Budget: Up to ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 2–3 Years (Medical Device / Engineering Manufacturing preferred)

🎯 Role ObjectiveTo manage procurement activities including sourcing raw materials, vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for production while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities• Source and procure raw materials, components, and consumables required for production

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely delivery

• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments for material planning

• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement based on requirements

• Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation

• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing

• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and medical device procurement standards

• Support audits related to supplier qualification and procurement processes

• Track and control purchase costs and maintain procurement reports

🌟 Preferred

• Experience in orthopedic implant / medical device manufacturing companies

• Knowledge of stainless steel, titanium, surgical-grade raw materials, and machining components

• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Immediate to short notice candidates preferred
