Job Description

  • Experience in medical devices, orthopaedic implants, precision manufacturing, or regulated products is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement systems, ERP tools & reporting.
  • Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard domestic and international suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier audits, performance evaluations, and periodic reviews.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement operations from PR to PO issuance and follow-ups.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials as per production schedules.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with ISO standards, medical device regulations, and internal quality systems.
  • Maintain complete procurement documentation, supplier records, traceability, and approvals.
  • Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required purchase and supplier documentation.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement and cost efficiency.
