Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement of food & non-food items for the HORECA sector. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost control, quality assurance, and timely procurement to support smooth operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute purchase of food, beverages, packaging, and other HORECA supplies
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop new suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/store team
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
• Track market trends, pricing, and availability of products
• Ensure compliance with company standards and food safety norms
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as Purchase Manager or Procurement Executive (HORECA preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of food & non-food HORECA products
• Ability to analyze costs and manage budgets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience & EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in procurement (HORECA or FMCG preferred)
