Purchase Manager

We are looking for Smart and Intellectual Sr. Purchase Executive for below tasks.

Functional Area - Source & Buy all the necessary Materials, Purchase Raw Material right quality and quantity, Finding Vendors, Project Material Sourcing, Plant Auxiliaries, Spares, AMCs and Contracts.

To identify and source new Vendors

To analyse and plan out the purchase of materials within budget

To review and analyse purchase quotations given by different vendors.

Following up with vendors and preparing MIS reports after placing purchase orders.

Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers awarding the contract.

Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)

Prepare a schedule of detailed techno-commercial comparison

Preparation of PO & MIS Reports & Building System

Issuance of the Purchase order.

Tracking and expediting Shipment
