QA / QC Manager

About UsAnlita Lifestyle Pvt Ltd is a growing women’s ethnic wear manufacturing company specializing in designer and daily-wear kurtis. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to manage complete quality operations across in-house production and outside vendors.

Job Responsibilities✔ Conduct In-Line Quality Checks during stitching production

✔ Perform Mid-Line Inspection at 50% production stage

✔ Carry out Final Inspection before packing and dispatch

✔ Monitor quality at outside job workers / vendors

✔ Maintain QC reports (In-line, Mid-line, Final, Rejection & Vendor QC)

✔ Check measurements as per approved size chart

✔ Ensure proper stitching, finishing, labeling & packaging

✔ Identify defects and implement corrective action

✔ Maintain defect % tracker and rejection analysis

✔ Approve goods before dispatch (QC sign-off mandatory)

✔ Coordinate with Production & Merchandising Team

• Key Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of garment stitching & finishing
• Experience in women’s kurtis preferred
• Knowledge of measurement checking & tolerance
• Understanding of fabric quality & defects
• Vendor quality control experience
• Basic Excel reporting knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Performance ExpectationsRejection below target %
• Zero dispatch without QC approval
• Accurate measurement control
• Vendor defect control
• On-time quality clearance
• QualificationDiploma / Degree in Fashion / Textile / Apparel
• OR
• Minimum 3–5 years practical experience in garment QC
