Quality Control Engineer

Job Title: QC Engineer cum Production Supervisor

Location:Vatva GIDC

Industry: Manufacturing / Production / quality control

Experience: 6 month to 5 Years (Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply)

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure quality control at all stages of production

Perform incoming, in-process & final inspection of materials/products

Maintain QC reports, checklists, and inspection records

Handle rejection analysis and coordinate for corrective actions

Supervise production team, manpower & daily work planning

Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards

Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and dispatch for smooth operations

Ensure 5S, safety and SOP compliance on shop floor

Required Skills:

Knowledge of QC tools & instruments (Vernier, micrometer, gauges, etc.)

Understanding of quality standards & documentation

Good communication and team handling skills

Basic knowledge of production process & supervision

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial or relevant field

Salary: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate / 15 Days
