Job Description:We are looking for a Quality Checker / Quality Inspector for our fiberglass mesh manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for checking quality at every production stage and ensuring that only standard-approved materials are dispatched.

• Key Responsibilities:Inspect fiberglass mesh rolls to ensure proper GSM, width, and coating quality.
• Perform checks at weaving, coating, and packing stages.
• Identify and record product defects such as loose weaving, mesh breakage, coating variation, etc.
• Maintain quality check records and prepare daily QC reports.
• Coordinate with production and packing teams to ensure consistent quality.
• Verify labeling, roll length, and packaging before dispatch.
• Suggest improvements to reduce rejections and wastage.
• Good observation skills and basic understanding of textile measurements (GSM, width, etc.).
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and focused on quality control.
