Lead Management & Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Identify, filter, and qualify potential business leads from various sources such as:
• IndiaMART
• Website inquiries and contact forms
• Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• WhatsApp inquiries
• Email inquiries
• Reference leads from existing clients
• Trade shows, exhibitions, and other offline sources
• Assign verified leads to the respective territory sales executives.
• Regularly follow up with the sales team for status updates on assigned leads and ensure timely closure.
• Drive New Business Development (NBD) initiatives to expand the company’s customer base.
• Maintain a positive and motivational attitude while coordinating with team members.
• Guide, support, and train new hires by resolving their queries and helping them understand processes.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on lead status, team performance, and business opportunities.
• Work closely with management to optimize lead flow, conversion strategies, and business targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales coordination, lead management, or business development.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work with targets and deliver results.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving approach, and willingness to support team members.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
