Job Description

Responsibilities

●Collaborate with stakeholders (a.o. users and Business Owners) to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.●Prioritize product backlog based on business needs and technical feasibility.●Work closely with the other team members to ensure timely delivery of features.●Manage product lifecycle from ideation to release and continuous improvement.●Conduct regular product demos and collect feedback from users.●Ensure alignment between business goals and technical deliverables●Contribute to define the product vision and roadmap for SAP Ariba solutions together with the Digital Leads ●Writes features based on the Epic/Feature and translats features into  user stories and DoD●Accepts stories for release●Supporting the team in delivering value●Liaises with Epic Owner and Business Owner on value delivery

•Pro-active attitude – action driven•Proven ability to define and deliver product roadmaps•Realizing progress through others without hierarchical responsibility over them•User /  customer centric way of working•Business fluent in English•Strong skill set in: problem solving, logic, communication, teamwork, analysis •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.•Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.•Strong understanding of procurement processes•Excellent stakeholder management and ability to prioritize conflicting needs.•Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing timelines.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

•Analytical mindset with attention to detail•Jira experience•Certain level of proficiency in SAP Ariba configuration and customization
