👥 Hiring - Legal Drafter – Real Estate 

📍 Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat

💼 CTC: ₹2.4 – ₹3LPA

*Role Overview*

We’re hiring a Legal Drafter with strong experience in land documentation. The role includes drafting and reviewing land‑related legal documents in Gujarati and English, verifying land records, ensuring compliance, and supporting due diligence for land acquisition and sale.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Draft and review sale deeds, agreements, MoUs, POAs, and other land documents.

• Prepare and verify bulk land purchase/sale documentation.

• Review 7/12 extracts, property cards, revenue records, and approvals.

• Coordinate with landowners, government offices, and internal teams.

• Ensure accuracy and legal compliance in Gujarati and English.

• Maintain documentation and support due diligence.

*Requirements*

• LLB or related qualification.

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate land drafting.

• Strong Gujarati & English drafting skills.

• Knowledge of land laws, revenue processes, and government documentation.

• Ability to manage bulk documentation with accuracy and deadlines.
