Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell real estate projects (residential/commercial/plots) to prospective clients
- Generate leads through site visits, walk-ins, referrals, cold calling, and digital inquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct project presentations, property tours, and site visits
- Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms in line with company policies
- Maintain strong relationships with clients from initial inquiry to final handover
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth sales closure
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project details
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide timely solutions
