📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers & sellers

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Negotiate deals and close sales/leases successfully

• Coordinate with developers, owners, and legal teams

• Prepare and manage property documents, agreements, and bookings

• Maintain client database and provide after-sales support

• Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients

• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Strong sales and customer service mind-set

• Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Must have a smartphone & basic computer knowledge

• Local area knowledge is an advantage
