Real Estate Sales Executive


Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property purchases or sales, and closing deals while delivering excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing activities
  • Present and promote residential or commercial properties to prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property site visits and coordinate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Prepare and explain sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
  • Preferred QualificationsReal estate license or certification (as per local regulations)
  • Knowledge of local property laws and real estate market conditions
  • Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate sales
