Job Description

Job Summary:The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to final handover.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Present and promote properties to prospective buyers through meetings, site visits, and digital channels.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Negotiate terms and close property sales to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties, potential buyers, and sales leads.
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, reports, and relevant documentation.
  • Stay informed about local real estate markets, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid real estate license or certification (as required by local regulations).
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Sales volume and number of closed deals.
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Market share growth.
  • Work Environment:Office-based with frequent travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • May require evening or weekend availability based on client schedules.
