Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our online property presence and handle the end-to-end customer journey. You will be responsible for keeping our listings updated, managing lead data, and bridging the gap between customers and builders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Property Management:
  • Perform accurate property data entry on our official portal and website.
  • Update listings with high-quality images, pricing, and project specifications.
  • CRM Operations:
  • Operate and maintain the company CRM system to track all client interactions.
  • Ensure all lead data, call logs, and follow-up statuses are updated daily.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to explain project details.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Site Coordination:
  • Organize and conduct property site visits as requested by customers.
  • Brief clients in detail about project features and location advantages during visits.
  • Meeting Management:
  • Act as the primary bridge between customers and builders.
  • Schedule and facilitate formal meetings between interested buyers and builder representatives to close deals.



Candidate Requirements


  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and experience or familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or TeleCRM).
  • Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and a "customer-first" mindset.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask between administrative data entry and active field visits.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to various site locations as needed.
