Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for Dubai real estate projects
- Explain property details, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and benefits clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for sales managers
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain CRM records
- Schedule virtual meetings/site presentations with the sales team
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
- Stay updated with Dubai property market trends and projects
Requirements:
- Experience in tele sales / inside sales / real estate calling
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages a plus)
- Experience in international calling (Middle East preferred)
- Target-oriented, persuasive, and confident on calls
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
