1.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide personalized property recommendations.

2.Property Sales & Marketing

• Promote and market real estate properties through online platforms, open houses, and site visits.
• Assist clients in property selection, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and coordinate property viewings.

3.Market Research & Analysis

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitors, and customer demands.
• Analyze local real estate market conditions to identify opportunities for sales growth.

4.Sales Process Management

• Handle all aspects of the sales process, including preparing proposals, agreements, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and transaction documentation.
• Ensure smooth execution of property purchase, leasing, or investment deals.

5.Target Achievement

• Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Actively participate in promotional campaigns to drive property sales.

6.Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to finalize transactions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.

7.Customer Support & After-Sales Service

• Provide guidance to clients on legal paperwork, home loans, and registration processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

8.Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
• Keep an updated record of inventory, client interactions, and follow-ups.
