Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary :- We are looking for a result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Vastral project. This role is about ownership. You manage the sales team, drive site visits, close deals, and ensure monthly targets are met without excuses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage on-site sales for the Vastral project
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Monitor daily leads, site visits, conversions, and bookings
  • Train, motivate, and control the sales team performance
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, walk-ins, and promotions
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and inventory status
  • Ensure proper documentation, booking forms, and coordination with legal team
  • Represent the company professionally at site and client meetings
  • Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
  • At least 1–2 years experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Good command over local market knowledge (Vastral & East Ahmedabad preferred)
  • Ability to handle pressure and aggressive targets
  • Leadership mindset with hands-on execution approach
  • Basic CRM, Excel, and reporting knowledge
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
  • Street-smart, disciplined, and target-obsessed
  • Experience in residential project sales is a must
  • Immediate joiners preferred
