Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of real estate agents/executives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/agents.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and lead generation efforts.
• Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review progress, provide coaching, and resolve issues.
