Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales and build strong client relationships for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client handling, and business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial projects.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

* Present property options to clients and conduct site visits.

* Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

* Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand customer base.

* Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.

* Collaborate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.

 Skills & Competencies:

* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Proven track record in sales & business development (preferably in real estate).

* Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

* Good understanding of local real estate market & customer behavior.

* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
