Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, polite, and responsible Receptionist cum Data Entry cum Customer Calling Executive who can manage front desk operations, handle customer calls, and support the office with accurate data entry and documentation. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask.

  • Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesA) Reception / Front DeskHandle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to concerned staff
  • Manage courier, parcels, inward-outward registers
  • Maintain reception area and ensure proper office coordination
  • B) Data Entry & DocumentationPerform accurate data entry in Excel / software / ERP
  • Maintain daily records, reports, and customer database
  • Update lead/customer details and follow-up status
  • Prepare and maintain files, documents, and office registers
  • Handle scanning, printing, photocopying, and filing work
  • C) Customer Calling & Follow-upMake outbound calls for customer follow-ups and lead conversion
  • Handle customer queries and provide required information
  • Confirm appointments and take service requests
  • Record customer feedback, complaints, and escalate when required
  • Maintain call reports and daily follow-up tracking
  • D) CoordinationCoordinate between customers and internal teams
  • Support admin and office staff as per requirement
  • Share daily work updates with reporting manager
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Customer handling and polite behavior
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time
